You have to get the legs working

My son and wife are long distance running experts! They have 3K, 5K, 10K, half marathons and marathons.  I am proud of both of them, so if I need running and jogging expertise I will ask my son and wife. I am not a fan of running, but I realize how much running or getting your legs (major muscle group) working improves your overall workout.  We have maxed out our treadmill at 10 mph, so it is time to trade it in for a new faster one! -Glenn D.
