Fitness Journey

There are so many different programs, fitness tricks, diets and weight lifting tricks that can determine your health objectives.  I have never used HGH, steroids or any artificial illegal drugs!! But, I do utilize multi-vitamins, protein drinks and pre-workout energy drinks.  Like I stated before my diet is 80/20, 80% healthy and 20% eating whatever I want. But, over the next 6 months to a year I am going on the body journey to the unknown – This does not mean anything illegal!! The diet will have to change to more like 99.5 % healthy and .5% for the mind. -Glenn D. Andrews- motivation
